What we’re about
This group is for anyone seeking stillness, healing, and deeper connection—whether you're a complete beginner to meditation, a busy professional feeling overwhelmed, or a spiritual seeker on a path of inner growth.
We meet in-person in San Francisco for guided meditation sessions that offer a gentle pause from the noise of the world. Together, we explore stillness, presence, and breath as tools for personal awareness and self-care.
What to Expect:
- Simple and accessible guided meditations
- Occasional themes such as grounding, emotional clarity, or intention-setting
- Gentle invitations to reflect, journal, or share (always optional)
- A relaxed, supportive atmosphere—no prior experience needed
Our Intention:
To build a local circle of like-hearted people who want to reconnect with themselves and others through stillness, presence, and subtle healing.
How Often:
We meet twice a month, with occasional variations based on themes or participant interest.
👋 About Me:
I’m Arpita, a wellness practitioner-in-training, currently on the path to becoming a certified BodyTalk Practitioner. I’m also practicing Angelic Reiki and have been facilitating and participating in meditation circles in Dubai for the past four years.
I’m deeply passionate about energy awareness, intuitive connection, and holistic approaches to well-being, including Ayurveda, guided journaling, and meditative reflection.
I created The Inner Code to offer a welcoming space for people to explore inner stillness, self-awareness, and gentle reconnection—with themselves and the world around them. Each session is a soft invitation into the present moment, one breath at a time.

Closing the Noise: An Evening Meditation for Mental & Emotional Reset
The first weeks of January often come with pressure — new goals, new routines, and expectations to feel motivated. In reality, many of us feel mentally overstimulated, emotionally full, and quietly exhausted.
This guided evening meditation offers a space to slow down, unwind, and reset.
Closing the Noise is designed to help calm the nervous system, release mental clutter, and gently reconnect with yourself after a long day. Rather than focusing on fixing or changing anything, the session creates space — allowing the mind to soften and the body to return to balance.
This is a grounding, inward-focused meditation suitable for anyone seeking clarity, calm, and a steadier start to the year.
What to Expect
- A slow, guided meditation focused on nervous system regulation
- Gentle practices to release mental and emotional overload
- Clear, step-by-step guidance (suitable for beginners and experienced meditators)
- A calm, supportive environment with herbal tea
- Time to settle, reflect, and decompress
This is not a high-energy or goal-setting session.
It’s an invitation to pause, exhale, and restore.
Who This Is For
This meditation may be especially helpful if you:
- feel mentally overstimulated or emotionally drained
- find it hard to switch off in the evenings
- want a calmer, more grounded start to the year
- are curious about meditation in a gentle, non-intimidating setting
No prior meditation experience is required.
What to Bring
You’re welcome to bring a cushion, yoga mat, shawl, or anything that helps you feel comfortable during the meditation.
