About the Series
The Art of Letting Go is a six-part meditation journey exploring the different ways we hold tension — mentally, emotionally, and energetically — and how we can begin to release it.
Sessions take place on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays from April through June. Each meditation explores a different layer of letting go.
You’re welcome to attend one session or return for the full series.
Letting Go of the Need to Control Everything
Many of us carry a quiet pressure to manage everything - anticipating problems, planning ahead, and trying to keep life running smoothly.
While this instinct often comes from responsibility and care, constantly trying to stay in control can quietly exhaust the nervous system.
This meditation explores what happens when we gently loosen that grip.
Through grounding breathwork and guided awareness, we’ll practice allowing the body and mind to soften, creating space for ease and steadiness.
Letting go of control is not about giving up - it’s about allowing ourselves to rest in the moment without needing to manage everything at once.
Flow of the meditation
• We start with 20 mins of Pranayama (Yogic breathwork) led by Yogi Avi
• Followed by 20 mins of meditation
• 20 mins of complementary & personalized 1v1 BodyTalk session that you make take on the spot or over a video call later.
Who This Is For
Anyone who finds their mind constantly busy — replaying conversations, planning ahead, or struggling to switch off at the end of the day.
No prior meditation experience required.
