Wash Park Walk and Chat

Do you feel like there’s no safe space for men to be vulnerable and get support? Be part of a judgement free group of open minded guys? We are trying to make that accessible to all men. The Insiders are creating an inclusive space for guys to come together for an evening of listening, support and openness. Huge thanks to Christopher for coming up with the idea!

We will take a couple laps around Wash Park taking turns sharing what’s top of mind. No pressure to speak. Listening is great support and your presence could mean everything to a fellow man struggling.

This is the first time we’ve done something like this and the format is a work in progress. We will come prepared with prompts in case we need them.

We will meet at the Wash Park rec center at 6pm.
