Brotherhood of the Shell
Details
This support group is free to attend and open to all men. Come to connect, share, and find resources in a space built on understanding and support.
Why Join Brotherhood of the Shell?
This is one of The Karma House’s longest-running events—a peer-led general men’s group, that is not directly focused on recovery or specific issue, offering a space to be open, create lasting bonds & friendships, and discuss mental health, emotions, and life in general through a non-judgmental environment. Together, we’re breaking stigmas placed on men and individuals within our society and redefining strength through community and connection.
Brotherhood of the Shell functions under the leadership of Taylor, who facilitates this important space. While not a trained mental health professional, he helps guide participants by creating an environment for men to provide support, feedback, resources, and pathways on how to work through and overcome issues they might be facing through the utilization of everyone's unique experiences, perspectives, & thoughts on each situation.
Taylor’s Bio:
Taylor is a small business owner and passionate advocate for self-development and mental health awareness. His personal journey through depression, anxiety, and alcoholism has fueled his mission to help others break the stigma around mental health and create a safe, open space for men to connect and grow.
