When was the last time you let yourself play without worrying about how you looked?
Not accomplishing something.
Not working on yourself.
Not trying to become a better man.
Just playing.
For September’s Wind + Fire Men’s Circle, we’re exploring the child within us—not simply through wounds or the things that happened to us, but through voice, movement, curiosity, silliness, joy, and expression.
We’ll begin with prayer, movement, chanting, sound, and expression before exploring one simple question:
How does your inner child want to play and express?
Maybe he wants to dance. Make noise. Drum. Laugh. Sing. Be ridiculous. Maybe something deeper comes forward.
There is no right way to play and no right way to express.
This isn’t about fixing the child within us.
It’s about giving him some room.

It has gentle, grounding effects that can help calm the body and quiet the mind, making it perfect for relaxing, connecting, and enjoying good company. At The Karma House, we prepare our shells of kava with care and community in mind — it’s more than a drink, it’s a ritual of connection.
