Looking for a relaxed, non-judgemental space to move and connect with others?

The Kind Body Club is a regular gathering where we explore different forms of movement in a supportive, down-to-earth kind of way. Each month we try a new activity - yoga classes, circuits to walks - to help you reconnect with movement, meet others, and find what feels good for you in your body today!
