About us
The Knitting Girls of NoVA is a social knitting group for young women in Northern Virginia who want to meet other local knitters, spend time working on projects together, and make new friends along the way.
The group is primarily intended for women in their 20s and 30s. If you’re a young adult looking for a relaxed, welcoming knitting community, you’re in the right place.
All knitting skill levels are welcome, from complete beginners to experienced knitters. This isn’t a formal class or professional guild. It’s a casual social group where you can bring whatever you’re working on, chat with other knitters, ask questions, share ideas, and enjoy some dedicated knitting time.
We currently meet in Northern Virginia for casual group knitting gatherings. Whether you’re new to the area, looking to expand your social circle, or simply want more people to knit with, we’d love to have you join us.
