The Language Table Portland is a nonprofit dedicated to providing free and accessible language-learning opportunities for the greater Portland community. Our goal is to build a vibrant multilingual community that celebrates cultural differences, strengthens mutual understanding, and helps make Portland and Maine more welcoming places to live.
This is a relaxed conversation space where people can practice, listen, ask questions, share culture, and meet others through language. All levels are welcome, from beginners working through their first sentences to fluent speakers who want to keep the conversation alive.
