Our desire and intention is to encourage, to empower, to engage, and to equip one another within the context of this Men’s Group. An ongoing journey of positive genuine exploration, connection, discovery, experiential learning, integration, and implementation. To explore and support personal growth, personal development, emotional literacy, healthy relationships, and service. And as Latino-Hispanic Men to support, learn, celebrate and enjoy our diverse expressions of our Hispanic-Latino cultures through our customs, traditions, practices, resources, new perspectives and new practices.

  • We are an Open Men's Group. Men who identify themselves as Men are welcomed. We welcome all Latino men regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, color, creed, nationality, political affiliations, economic status. or sexual orientation (straight, gay*, bisexual, etc.)*
  • We maintain that even though this is a Men's Group for men who identify themselves as men, this Men's Group is NOT a group for every man, just for particular men. In other words, we want to attract like-minded men who are passionate or least open about exploring personal growth, self -improvement, emotions, and how to create a balanced, healthy, grounded life, and supporting other men.
  • We are focused on personal growth, encouraging and supporting one another, creating a positive brotherhood, exploring emotional work (emotional literacy). We are in a new journey together of exploring connection, community, brotherhood, opportunities, clarity, and understanding.
  • We also encourage and welcome fun, enjoyment, humor, laughter, and enjoy life - through connection, music, art, poetry, inspirational stories, jokes, and other creative expressions.

  • As Latino-Hispanic men individually and collectively we are diverse in so many ways, in our personality temperaments, life experiences, spirituality, beliefs, sexuality, political ideology, philosophical perspectives, assumptions and biases. We are multicultural and multidimensional cultures.
  • We will support and practice the spirit of diversity and inclusivity within this Men's Group of Latino Men, while recognizing and respecting our significant differences of opinions, beliefs, and perspectives.
  • We are an Inclusive Latino Men's group and all men are welcome within this group regardless of age, beliefs, sexual orientation, political or social affiliations, religious affiliations, non-religious,or secular viewpoints or economic status.
  • As a LATINO MEN CIRCLE we are freely open to Spirituality (whatever that means to the individual) and it's diversity of expressions, while maintaining and extending respect to all others who are not.
  • We respect all traditions - religious, spiritual, political, scientific, or philosophical. We DO NOT engage in political or religious discussions or argumentation within the context of Circles.
  • We strive to support and practice Shared Universal Principles such as: affirming human dignity, love, compassion, respect, civility, individual freedom, individual conscience, supporting human flourishing, benevolence, generosity, hospitality, altruism, integrity, honesty, truthfulness, understanding, reason, growth, responsibility and personal spirituality.

  • We are NOT a therapy group, nor an encounter group, nor a recovery group, nor a dating group, or hook up spot, or a place to pick up men for sex, nor a group against women, nor a religious or political group, we're free and independent. We are NOT a country club or social club. We are NOT an anti-group of any sort. This Group is NOT a dating group, and is NOT a Gay men social group. This is NOT a Hook-up spot.
