WE ARE A MEN'S GROUP FOR MEN ONLY.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Our last scheduled Virtual gathering was in March of 2022. When we started this newly formed group in May 23, 2021, we had 7 active participants, and for about 8 months we had good consistent participants coming to our Virtual Gatherings.
Then in 2022, it was only two of us coming to the Virtual Gatherings. Levels of commitments is needed in order for anything in life to grow, including a social gathering of men. Most men who have joined this Meetup Group have never show up to our actual Virtual gatherings.
We are still a newly formed Men's Group. We love to create a strong Core Group of Latino Men. We have a scheduled Virtual Gathering on APRIL 2nd, 2023, Sunday Evening @ 6:00 P.M.

> Our Monthly Virtual Gatherings are held on The Zoom Platform, on a SUNDAY for two hours, from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. (Eastern Time). Our Zoom Call Opens at 5:45 P.M.

> Our Virtual Gatherings is predominantly English-speaking, while Spanish is spoken at times, and of cause welcome.

Our Intentions and Purpose in forming this Group, Latino Men Circle is to experience the following:
Connection - to connect with other men! To learn to connect with self and others.Conversation - to have real conversations with other men.Community - to create and experience community, a positive brotherhood.Contribution - to contribute our time, energy, gifts, talents, resources, service, sharing our stories and emotions.Compassion - to demonstrate in words and in actions understanding, growth, compassion, generosity, hospitality.Courage - to take steps of demonstrative courage to listen, to learn, to grow, to feel, and to connect.
GROUND RULES OF CONDUCT:
- Respect Others. Be Respectful!
- Maintain Confidentiality. Whatever we discuss or disclose we will honor each other by maintaining Confidentiality.
- Be on Time.
- Be Present.
- Welcome, respect, honor, and be open to the wide range of Emotions, Feelings, and Perspectives.
- Feel free to verbally participate or to pass and just listen.
- Don't dominate the conversation in order to allow other members to share their feelings and thoughts.
- We will NOT engage in political or religious discussions or argumentation within the context of our Gatherings. Nevertheless, We will and we can speak from our own personal beliefs (religious or nonreligious, spiritual or non-spiritual perspectives ) and from our own truths without imposing it upon others.
- Be Real. Be Honest. Be Open. Be Willing To Listen & Learn.
- Be Positive! Spread Positive Energy. Be Supportive!
- Have Fun and Enjoy Yourself!
- Avoid excessive use of profanity. Yes, it is Permissible to use profanity but not excessively within our context.
- Do Not attend the Gathering under the influence of drugs or alcohol (impaired judgments).
- Zoom Basic Etiquette must be follow. Your Camera must be on during the Gathering.
