What we’re about
The Launch Community is an experiment in what becomes possible when we practice community with people we don't already know. We're an unlikely community - people with different backgrounds, life paths, and experiences, all showing up with curiosity and care.
Most communities form around shared interests or identities. We're different. We think isolation and individualism wear us down, and that connection across different experiences makes us stronger. We need each other not just in crisis, but in everyday life.
Our gatherings are welcoming, joyful, and grounded in real human connection. We're learning how to cultivate belonging with others - no training wheels. We're building a culture of encouragement, reciprocity, and support for whatever each of us is trying to grow.
You don't need to be "launching" anything specific. The Launch Community is about creating your launch pad through community for whatever you want to pursue.
