The Layer by Layer Printing Collective is a space for makers, hobbyists, and anyone interested in the nuts and bolts of 3D printing. Whether you are troubleshooting a stubborn first layer, trying to fine-tune your slicer settings, or just looking to share what you have been working on lately, this is a place to connect with others who are deep in the weeds of the hobby. We believe that printing is best done as a collaborative process where we can learn from each other's successes and failed prints alike.
We meet regularly to discuss our current projects, swap tips on hardware upgrades, and help each other navigate the quirks of different machines and materials. You do not need to be an expert to join; if you have a printer sitting on your desk or are just curious about how to get started, you will find a supportive group here. Bring your questions, your latest print, or just yourself, and let us figure out the technical side of things together.
