Last years' was a success so let's bring it back!

Mt Rainier is awesome and beautiful. And it holds some wonderful mushrooms. Let’s spend Columbus Day weekend hiking and foraging and seeing awesome sights all over the park.

There are chanterelles, lobster, cauliflower, oyster and more to be found. And giant trees, a mountain, lakes, rivers, and views to see.

We've found chanterelles and lobsters and chicken of the woods several years in a row on a specific trail I will show you.

Drive up Friday night and come back Sunday afternoon. We’ll split an Airbnb, groceries, and carpool there and back. Airbnb cost will be around $200/person, same as last year. Payment is required to get off the waitlist so please be 200% sure. I will contact you for payment once a waitlist is established. Max 8 people.

Bring: a daypack, weather appropriate hiking clothes and boots, bug spray, whistle, snacks, small knife, water, and something to store dirty mushrooms in. If you can drive please let us know how many seats. Driver should have an America the Beautiful pass fore free park entry. Rain or shine event. More details TBA. If you have any questions send me a text 914 715 0361

Due to Airbnb policies, no refunds unless a replacement fills your spot. Mandatory wildfire evacuation or a second once-in-our-lifetime pandemic cancels event.
