What we’re about
This is a group for anyone interested in investing in multi-family properties in the greater DC, MD, and NVA (DMV) area. All skills levels and experiences are welcome. We started this group because we wanted to maintain our connections from the Lindahl training, support each other with property analyses, and link up for opportunities. As students of Dave and Jeff, we actively use the Underwriting Template, believe the CSA affirmations, and support each other in deal analysis, acquisition, and market analysis. We have a common goal to acquire multifamily properties to develop and build our families wealth, protect it for future generations, and enjoy life at its best in the best Country in the World.
