The Listening Lounge Mental Health Peer Support Groups

The Listening Lounge is a free, co-designed peer support group program that has been running since March 2025. 6 of our groups will be continuing for 2026/2027!

The groups are for:
Adults (aged 18+) who are feeling down, low, anxious, stressed or lonely AND for anyone who identifies as having a lived experience of mental health challenges big or small.

The Listening Lounge groups are:

• Free
• Weekly
• Co-led by two trained peer workers with lived experience themselves

We currently have 8 groups running weekly at these locations:

• Joondalup - Monday Nights
• Leederville - Monday Nights
• New! Online Group - Tuesday Nights
• Cloverdale (Belmont) - Tuesday Nights
• New! Baldivis (Rockingham) - Thursday Nights
• South Fremantle - Thursday Afternoons
• Kelmscott (Armadale) - Wednesday Nights - Ending 30th June 2026
• Hazelmere (Midland) - Thursday Nights - Ending 30th June 2026
