About us

The world is moving faster than we could ever feel. We live in a world of overstimulation, and there is not enough time and space dedicated to slowing down. To being present becasue we are always thinking about the next thing rather than enjoying what is in front of us.

This is why we created the Living Room.
The Living Room is a small, in-person collective designed to create real connection in a relaxed, intimate setting.

The feeling we create:

Safe — you can say no, change your mind, or simply observe

Present — we slow down enough to actually feel

Connected — eye contact, touch (consensual), real listening

Expressive — space to move, speak, or stay quiet

Nurtured — you leave calmer than you came

It’s for people who want to really live. To have a safe space where they can express themselves. A tribe.

You come as you are.

How do I walk when I don't know what is gonna happen?
How often do I wanna control the environment so I can feel safe?
How is fear stopping me from transforming to who I wanna be?
These are some of the questions we are gonna answer, not by reading another book or another podcast, or attending another lecture.
But by giving space to whatever comes up when you want to make that decision.

There is a moment, before every decision (should I quit? Is this the right partner?) when you want to transform but the outcome is unknown. There is no guarantee. In this moment you hesitate, and the nervous system does exactly what it was built to do: reading the unfamiliar as unsafe and pulling the body back toward whatever it already recognizes, even a life that has stopped fitting.
But are you gonna always choose the safety, or are you willing to step out and walk in the unknown?

You can not answer this via reading another book; it needs embodiment.

I am Soroosh, a Somatic coach and experience designer who will guide you through practices that combine breath, movement, and self-compassion to drop in from our thoughts into our bodies.
No talking or dance experience required. Just space to arrive, be held, and let it move.

    Who it's for:
You're standing at a decision: a job, a relationship, a version of yourself, and the not-knowing is what's keeping you frozen.
You've read the books, done the podcasts, maybe the therapy — and you're still circling the same pattern.
You want to belong somewhere without needing to have it all figured out first.
You want real connection and intimacy built into the room.
    ---
    The format:
15:00-15:15 --> Arrival and landing in the space
15:15:15:45 --> Warm-up playful games to meet the group
15:45:16:45 --> Deeper guided practice to give space to our emotions and how to deal with them.
16:45: 17:00 --> Then back together, and we close as a group.
120 minutes, no talking, grounding, playful exercises.
    ---
    What we agree on:
Nothing about you needs fixing; everything here is an invitation, and you can opt out and watch.
There's a full solo version of everything, always, no explaining required.
What's shared in the room stays in the room.
You're the only authority on your own experience.
Silence is a complete answer. You don't owe anyone eye contact, small talk, or performance.
    ---
    What to bring:
Comfortable clothes you can move and sit on the floor in.
    Water.
Notebook if you wanna write things down.
    ---
    You'll leave with:
    A more grounded presence.
Having more trust in yourself and your abilities to walk the unknown.
Being seen and appreciated in your change.
Experienced emotions that are hard to talk about.
A space that holds and loves you with your entirety.
    ---
    Questions people usually have:
Can I come if I do not want to interact with others?
Yes. Every stage has a full solo version; wrap yourself, move through it alone, at your own pace. Nobody asks why.
I don't know anyone else coming, is that a problem?
Most people come alone if you'd rather not, bring a friend.
Do I need dance or movement experience?
None. This isn't performance, and there's no "right" way to move. If you can walk, you can do this.
