Solent Sailing Skills Weekend

Details
The plan: An active but fun, relaxed weekend practicing sail trim and, if the weather is appropriate, spinnaker work. This will be a great opportunity to learn, chance to chat about sailing and answer any questions you have as well. We won’t be competing in any races but will practice some of the manoeuvres often required. We will start at Haslar Marina (Gosport) and probably stay in either Cowes or Yarmouth on the Saturday night. Where we go throughout the day will depend on the wind direction, but the aim will be to spend a significant amount of time on the water going through the various manoeuvres as we go. This is a non-commercial trip run on a shared cost basis. Sign up should be made through the London Sailing Club website - https://www.londonsailing.club/Events/Calendar/View?id=158
