The London Solopreneur Circle

The London Solopreneur circle is a small peer group for people actively building independent businesses outside the traditional corporate path.

I started this group because I was looking for something like it myself.

After leaving the corporate path and building my own independent work, I realised how important it is to be around people who are also creating something from scratch.

Not just online but in a real room, with real people.

I could find networking events, talks and online communities. But I struggled to find a small, grounded peer group for people actively building independent businesses and navigating the messy middle together.

So I decided to create one.

It is for serious independent builders who are already creating something and want to be around others doing the same.

It is for people building things like:

• coaching or education offers
• advisory businesses
• solo consulting practices
• fractional services
• digital products
• personal brands
• niche service businesses
• audience-led businesses
• creative projects
• life-after-corporate businesses

The goal is simple: Honest conversation, accountability, useful ideas, partnerships, friendship and momentum.

This is a no-pitch environment. If your main goal is to sell to the room, this is not the right group.

Each meetup is designed to be small, human and useful.

We will talk about what we are building, what is working, what is hard, what we are avoiding, and what action we need to take next.

Typical conversations may include:

• finding clients
• shaping offers
• pricing
• content and personal brand
• staying consistent
• dealing with self-doubt
• building income independently
• sharing tools, resources and contacts
  -exploring collaborations and partnerships

Each session will usually follow a simple format:

1. What are you building right now?
2. What moved forward since last time?
3. What feels hard, confusing or stuck?
4. Useful opportunities, intros, tools or resources
5. One concrete action each person commits to before next time

The aim is not more thinking. The aim is movement.

We meet monthly in Central London, usually in a relaxed, informal venue where proper conversation is possible. Exact location will be shared before each event.
