Errazuriz Food & Wine Matching Dinner at Fredericks

A food and wine matching dinner with Errazuriz wines from Chile presented by the winery's UK ambassador Olivier Gasselin!

Errazuriz Estate was founded in 1870 in the Aconcagua Valley in Chile. Don Maximiano Errazuriz, the founder, planted the first French vines in this region and it is widely considered as the premier family wine estate of Chile.

Aconcagua valley where the winery is based has cool ocean breezes, hot sunshine and rocky soils which provide the ideal conditions for growing high-quality grapes such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir Carmenere and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines have intense flavours and a perfect balance of acidity and tannins.

We will be tasting 6 of their wines including their premium selections from a variety of grapes and vintages over a three course matched tasting dinner in Frederick’s private room.

The ticket price for this event is £99 to include the 3 course tasting menu with 6 wines and meetup/paypal fees.

Please note that Meetup now charge an additional fee to attendees on top of the price which the Organiser sets, and this is beyond our control.

DIETARY ISSUES: This event is suited to 'flexible' diners, however if you have any allergies or dietary requirements please mention these when you RSVP so that I can let the venue know.

REFUND POLICY: If you cancel your place by 12:00 noon, Monday 30th October latest you will get a refund of £95 (£99 less £4 paypal/meetup fees) but, IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE, only if there is someone on the 'waitlist' who books and pays for your place.

WAITLIST: If this event is fully booked and you would like to attend if someone cancels, post a comment in the event to let me know that you are interested.

POSTSCRIPT: The last wine dinner at Fredericks earlier this year was outstanding and the elegant, private dining room is the perfect menu for an evening of gastronomy and fine wines. If you're not able to join the wine tour to Chile next March this is a great opportunity to taste some fine Chilean wines closer to home! Or if you will be joining the tour come along and prepare your palate!
