Celebration of Game Dinner at Kitchen W8 (1 Michelin Star) with BYO

The essence of Kitchen W8 in one spectacular menu! As game chef of the year Mark Kempson has something of a reputation to uphold, so it's no surprise that he puts his heart and soul into devising his annual Celebration of Game menu.

The menu exemplifies Mark's approach to food and to cooking. The ingredients are the best wild food the British countryside can offer and the cooking is precise, classical and inventive.

This price of this very special 7 course Game Dinner is £125 + 15% service charge. Here is the full menu:

Game Crackling, Mallard Liver Parfait, Fig and Bacon Jam

Crispy Confit Partridge Leg, Plum Ketchup, Fennel Pollen

Yorkshire Grouse Broth, Pickled Cep, Glazed Sausage, Damson

Ballotine and Tartare of Wood Pigeon, BBQ Beetroot, Soused Pumpkin and Walnut

Raviolo of Pheasant, Leafy Celeriac and Wiltshire Truffles

Smoked Haunch of Fallow Deer, Grilled Venison Bone Marrow,
Green Peppercorns and Pear

Warm Apple and Almond Croustade, Fig Leaf Ice Cream, Fig and Port Jam

Even better on Sundays evenings Kitchen W8 allow BYOB for no corkage for up to 4 bottles per table. For our table of 6 people I will take 4 bottles (1 sparkling, 1 white and 2 reds) with an average retail price of £25 which would be £75+ on their wine list. So this is a great opportunity to enjoy delicious food and drink fine wines without paying restaurant prices (for the wine!).

The pre-pay for this event is £75 which covers:-
- the 4 bottles of wine I will take for the BYO
- £50 credit towards your food bill
- meetup/paypal fees
On the day you will pay the balance of your food bill and any additional drinks you order.

Please note that Meetup now charge an additional fee to attendees on top of the price which the Organiser sets. This fee is paid direct to Meetup and is beyond our control.

The wine which I will take is an integral of this event so please do NOT ask if you can attend if you are not happy to share in all the bottles of wine.

REFUND POLICY: As this event is just 6 days away refunds are NOT offered for this event.
