Join us in Brasserie Max’s private dining room at Covent Garden Hotel for a fabulous 5 course food and whisky matching dinner Burns Night celebration in partnership with Islay’s Bruichladdich Distillery. This spirited evening pays tribute to Scotland’s national bard with exceptional food, rare whisky pairings, and evocative live spoken word from award-winning Scottish poet Kevin McLean.

Your night will begin with a Penicillin cocktail, crafted with The Classic Laddie, a warming welcome to set the tone for the feast ahead. Expect a deep dive into Bruichladdich’s expressions, both peated and unpeated, expertly matched to the richness and warmth of the menu. ABOUT BRUICHLADDICH: it's situated on the island of Islay in Scotland. Established in 1881 by the Harvey brothers, the distillery survived periods of uncertainty and was closed in 1994. It was reopened in 2001 by Mark Reynier, Simon Coughlin and then Head Distiller, Jim McEwan, who breathed new life into the distillery and set out on a mission to create the world’s most thought-provoking spirits. The distillery was purchased by luxury, family-owned spirits company Remy Cointreau in 2012.

Tickets are £100 to include all of the above (+£5 Meetup/paypal fees) and I have reserved 6 places.
