Philippe Brugnon Champagne Tasting with the winemaker + substantial canapes

Philippe Brugon is an artisanal champagne producer who owns vineyards in the 1er cru villages of Rilly-la-Montagne (where his winery is based) and Ecueil in the Montagne de Reims. I have taken several groups there during the tours to Champagne which I organise, so I can vouch for the quality of his champagnes! Together with his UK importer Julian White, Philippe will be presenting a fabulous tasting of 8 of his champagnes accompanied by some delicious canapes. Here is the full line-up:

This will include a fascinating opportunity to compare 4 different years of his vintage cuvée. The last one is a special cuvée named after one of Philippe's grandchildren.

SUBSTANTIAL CANAPES will be served during the evening, but, due to the nature of the event, allergies and dietary requirements CANNOT be catered for. And please also note that this will be a standing event with limited seating.

The ticket price for this event is £80 (+ £5 paypal/meetup fees) and I have reserved 9 tickets. Please note that Meetup charge an additional fee to attendees on top of the price which the Organiser sets. This fee is paid direct to Meetup and is beyond our control.

SABRAGE: Philippe Brugnon and Julian White are both Grand Commanders of the Sabrage Association, but sabrage will NOT be performed at this event.

REFUNDS: As I have to pay for the tickets in advance, NO REFUNDS are offered for this event. So if you need to cancel you will have to sell your ticket to another member.
