About us
If you're over 40, the way you train your body matters more than ever.
Hi, I’m Darren. I’m 49 years old and a qualified nutritionist with 13 years of clinical practice experience. Alongside nutrition, I’ve spent the past 26 years practising Kung Fu-based training and 15 years teaching Tai Chi Quan and Qigong breathing.
Longevity Body is my new outdoor training group in Zürich, where I bring together my experience in nutrition, movement, martial arts and breathing to help you build and maintain a body that stays strong, mobile, capable and resilient as you get older.
Sessions combine Mantis Push Ups, bodyweight strength work, body conditioning, connective-tissue mobility and deep diaphragmatic breathing to train and support physical qualities that become increasingly important as we age:
• Muscular strength
• Mobility and stability
• Circulation and cardiovascular fitness
• Balance and coordination
• Nervous-system regulation
• Metabolic health
This isn't about training purely to look fitter.
It's about building a body that continues to move well, grows stronger and feels youthful for decades to come.
No previous experience is needed. If you're 40+ and want to start investing in the body you want to have as you get older, come and join us.
