This International Women’s Month, we're gathering at a space where women can finally learn how to get stronger safely, confidently, and without feeling intimidated in the gym.
The Lumen Project has partnered with Ain Hassan, a physiotherapist who specialises in women’s health and injury recovery.
You’ll learn:
✨ How to train safely and avoid common injuries
✨ The key strength movements every woman should know
✨ Why strength training protects your body for running, sports, and everyday life
✨ How to actually build strength instead of doing random workouts
We’ll also keep it fun and social with some light partner games at the end so you get to move, laugh, and connect with other women in the community.
Think of it as: learning to invest in your body the same way you would invest in your future.
