Programme background
AI is changing how we work—but becoming AI-literate is not about memorising technical terminology or mastering one particular platform.
It is about understanding what AI can do, knowing when it should—and should not—be used, and having the confidence to transfer your skills between different tools and workplaces.
In this three-session programme, you will begin by creating something yourself. You will then learn how AI works, explore the rules and responsibilities surrounding its use, and finish by designing and testing a simple, responsible AI assistant.

No coding experience or technical background is required.
Participation in all 3 sessions is mandatory.

Programme overview

Session 1 - 17/09-26 - Explore and Create
Build and test a simple browser-based prototype and discover how AI can support real workplace tasks.

Session 2 (Online) - 24/09/26 - AI Foundations, Vocabulary and Responsible Use
Learn the essentials of AI, prompting, verification, GDPR, confidentiality, the EU AI Act and responsible workplace use.

Session 3 - 28/09/26 - Build a Responsible AI Assistant
Turn your first prototype into a simple AI-enabled workflow with clear guardrails, human oversight and testing.

What you will gain
By the end of the programme, you will be able to:

• Use AI with greater confidence
• Understand essential AI terminology
• Create and improve a simple browser-based prototype
• Write clearer and more purposeful prompts
• Challenge and verify AI-generated output
• Recognise privacy, security and regulatory considerations
• Distinguish between automation, AI assistance and agents
• Decide whether a task is appropriate for AI
• Design and test a simple responsible AI workflow
• Transfer your skills between different AI platforms

Who is this programme for?
This programme is designed for people who are curious about AI but may not know where to begin.
It is suitable for professionals from all areas—including administration, HR, finance, communication, customer service, operations and career transition.
The programme does not train participants to depend on one provider. It develops transferable skills that can be used with whichever platform is available and approved in their organisation.

Our LuxBuzz Integration Breakfasts are back!

After the summer break we are very happy to continue our conversations around integration, belonging and building a life in Luxembourg.

We are delighted to introduce our next speaker, Clara Moraru, who will join us on 23 September and the topic could hardly be more relevant:
From newcomer to entrepreneur. Things nobody tells you about entrepreneurship in Luxembourg

Clara brings a particularly interesting perspective. Her own entrepreneurial journey spans three countries and today she leads the Union des Indépendants in nLuxembourg while also researching migrant women entrepreneurs as part of her PhD.

During our breakfast we will talk openly about the barriers newcomers encounter when trying to build something of their own in Luxembourg, the opportunities that may not be immediately visible and the people, networks and choices that can help turn an idea into a real path forward.
And as always at our Integration Breakfasts, it will be an open conversation where you can ask questions, share your own experience and meet people who may be navigating a similar path.
