• And how do we use this awareness to make better life and career decisions?This informal gathering is part of the LuxBuzz Integration Breakfast Conversation programme, organised by The LuxBuzz Academy ASBL within the framework of the Biergerpakt by Mifa.
We are delighted to welcome our guest speaker Dr. Adam Petersen - Professor of Management Practice and Academic Director for Executive Education at Luxembourg School of Business and host of the RTL Today radio show “Office Hours” where he explores everyday questions about life and work in Luxembourg.
With over 20 years of experience in global energy and technology organisations, he focuses on helping individuals and leaders better understand their strengths, create meaningful impact and build fulfilling professional environments.
During this participatory breakfast, Adam will share his insights on how to better understand your personal value and apply it in both professional and personal life:

Career & Purpose Lab
The Office SARL, 29 Boulevard de la Grande-Duchesse Charlotte, Luxembourg, LUFor many professionals, career questions are no longer only about finding a job.
Very often, they are about direction, confidence, identity and the search for meaningful alignment.
This June, The LuxBuzz Academy is launching the pilot edition of the Career & Purpose Lab: From Direction to Action— a guided small-group journey designed for professionals navigating transition, change and career reflection.
The programme combines strategic reflection, career guidance, professional positioning and confidence-building in a supportive and interactive environment designed for meaningful dialogue and practical exploration.
We are also very happy to bring together three experienced professionals who will guide different stages of this journey:
• Steve Muscat Azzopardi - Leadership Mentor • Commercial Director, MentorLab Group • Author • EMP Certified Practitioner helping participants explore purpose, direction and authentic career growth.
• Marina Krasochka - Co-Active coach • Life & Career resets • ex-Google & ex-Meta with international recruitment and coaching experience supporting professionals through transition and reinvention.
• Miriam Vetrano - Psychologist • Human, Performance & Mindset Strategist focusing on confidence, professional presence and authentic self-expression during periods of change.
The pilot is intentionally designed for a small group of 6–8 participants to create space for reflection, personalised guidance and peer exchange.
This pilot is particularly relevant for:
• professionals navigating career transitions
• internationally mobile professionals
• expat spouses and partners
• individuals re-entering the workforce
• professionals seeking greater clarity and alignment in their career directionThis is not a traditional training course. It is a guided process designed to help participants move from confusion or stagnation toward clarity, direction and action.
