LBA Integration Breakfast with Patricia Souza: More Than a Career in Tech
Details
For our October LuxBuzz Integration Breakfast, we are very happy to welcome Patrícia Souza with the topic:
More than a career in tech: turning experience into social impact
Patrícia works at the intersection of technology, education and inclusion. Recently she joined LuxProvide as the Head of Partnerships and Alliances. She is the Founder of GeekGirls, President of Women4Cyber Luxembourg, President of Club Gëlle Fra Soroptimist and has more than 20 years of experience in leadership development, programme leadership and diversity strategy.
Her work today is very much about creating opportunities for others - especially women, girls and underrepresented groups - to participate in digital and STEM fields with greater confidence, visibility and a sense of belonging. Through GeekGirls, she develops initiatives that connect education, technology and community and turn representation into real pathways for growth.
During our breakfast, we will talk about how a professional journey can gradually become something more: a way to build bridges, create communities and use your own experience to open doors for others.
And of course, we will also bring this back to integration in Luxembourg: when does finding your own place become helping someone else find theirs?
As always, expect an informal and participatory conversation, questions from around the table and plenty of time to connect over breakfast.
A big thank you to Biergerpakt for supporting our Integration Breakfast series and helping us create these spaces for intercultural living together.
Come for the conversation. Stay for the connections. ☕️🐝
