For our September Expert Session, we're pleased to welcome Alan Tan, Global Enterprise Architect at Roche. Alan works with commercial and technology leadership to align technology strategy and enterprise architecture with business priorities in the highly regulated healthcare domain — which means he sits exactly where the promise of AI meets the reality of making it work responsibly, at global scale.

Expect a grounded, practical conversation: how a global healthcare leader actually implements AI, what responsible adoption looks like in practice, and what marketers and technologists in any industry — regulated or not — can take away from it. About Our Speaker

Alan Tan is a strategic technology leader with extensive experience across technology delivery, digital transformation and enterprise architecture. He has led complex transformation initiatives across Asia Pacific, working at the intersection of business strategy, technology and innovation.

Alan serves as Global Enterprise Architect at Roche, where he works with commercial and technology leadership to align technology strategy, architecture and governance with business priorities in the highly regulated healthcare domain. He is the lead author of Roche's GenAI Safety Assurance Playbook, aim at guiding the secure design and deployment of AI solutions at scale.
