A balanced portfolio and skillset is necessary for growing your professionalism and business. This is an active course focused on learning how to shoot with backdrops and getting practical experience for shooting on backdrops. Properly lighting a backdrop, working with multiple light setups, and best practices will all culminate in time with subjects and lights.
This course is a portfolio building course for shooting against backdrops and using studio light
Duration of workshop will be 3 hours. Student to Subject ratio will be 3:1.
Instructor:
Tyler Martin is a cinematographer turned still photographer and the husband-half of TADAM Photography based in Denver, CO. Tyler is also one of the partners of RAW Photographic.
TADAM Photography focuses on cinematic portraiture, intimate lifestyle portraiture and commercial imagery.

• What are the different types of backdrops?
• How do I light backdrops?
• Portfolio Practicum: Working with lights and subjects
What should I bring?
• A DSLR camera and your favorite lens
