All businesses rely on referrals and relationships to get new customers and leads, yet few have a structured approach to building professional connections and a referral network, even though it's valuable.

This group helps you create a business referral network and find opportunities for you to learn, whilst making new connections via events centred on big ideas - data, disruption, start ups, transformation and design - knowledge you can take with you and put to good use.

What is a referral network?

A referral network is a group of businesses that work together to help their customers. A business’ referral network typically consists of businesses in related fields that don’t directly compete with, but instead, compliment their offering. When a customer needs help with something that a business doesn’t offer, a business typically refers the customer to another business in their referral network.

Why is it important now?

With fewer customers coming through the door, now is the time to double down on helping our existing customers with all their needs and uncovering opportunities to refer them to expert businesses for help. If we all do this, then there will be plenty of business for every member of a valuable referral network.
