What we’re about

The Mindful Black Dude, is a safe space for black men to come together and explore themes of self-love, spiritual guidance, emotional liberation, building loving relationships, and our purpose in life. Our group focuses on creating a supportive community where black men can share their life experiences, learn from the perspectives of others, and celebrate African American culture. Our discussions will be your space to explore your thoughts with others, share your way of living and spiritual understandings as we cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves and each other. All black men and allies are welcome to join us on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
