My Heart Just Skipped A Beat: Anxiety, Stress or An Underlying Heart Problem?

Details

There's no denying the rapid pace of Singapore's living and high stress level we are facing in this economy, and due to daily demands and personal responsibilities. We may be engulfed with stress and anxiety and may have neglected our health and well-being.
Noticing that the heart pumps quicker than usual and doesn't go away? Is it anxiety, stress or some underlying heart problems?

Join The Mingle Club for a delectable 3-course sit-down dinner while gaining knowledge that nurtures your health. This evening welcomes people from all walks of life to engage and learn in a warm, social setting.

Join us in this interactive wellness talk as our honourable speaker, Dr Kua Jieli, a cardiologist, shares more on heart palpitations - its causes, the risk of unresolved palpitation and great tips to keep a good heart health whilst hustling through our busy lives!

Seats are limited, please RSVP early to secure your place at this event.

Contrary to any talk you may have been to, this is unlike others. There is QC to ensure there is no sales pitch. So come at ease to soak in the good learning from our doctor speak, who very kindly spared his time to share to all.

Please get in touch with us at infor@themingleclub.com to indicate your choice of meal when you register.
Special door gifts will be given away for early birds!

Secure your spot here.

Registration starts at 6pm and the event begins at 630pm.
Please be on time.

In case you have any questions, please write to us.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you there!
