Mindful Monday Meditation (Group in-person meditation)

We meet at Kiwanis Park on Grand Ave at the bottom of the stairs in the circle. Please bring a cushion or chair to sit on for the meditation circle. You may also access the park through two alleyways on Valle Vista for those with mobility issues.
