The Moving On Project is a space for women to use simple movements like walking, biking, hiking and yoga to release emotions and start feeling better.

If you’ve been cheated on, left, or are trying to move on from someone who meant everything to you… you know how heavy it can feel.

And no matter how much you try to think your way out of it… you can’t.

Because healing doesn’t happen in your head. It happens when you move through it.
