** Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time.**

Let's meet at the West Beach parking lot (first lot you come across on your right. Once you make that right, go all the way to the end towards the pavilion.) We will meet at the bottom of the stairs.

We will ride a bit on the bike path along the beach but mostly through the campground area. That way we don't have to worry about staying to the right and all of the bike path rules. We can just be free to ride as we like!

I am guessing it should be about a 5-mile ride. We can go as fast or slow as needed and even stop and hang out at the playground and swing on the swing set.

Close to the end of our ride, we’ll ride down Beach Road and out to the ocean. Then, we can find a small rock on the beach, silently place a negative thought, worry, or heavy feeling into it, and then release it into the ocean. We can scream if needed!

This is a simple, symbolic way to acknowledge what you’re carrying and practice letting it go, even just a little.

This is not therapy, and there’s no fixing or forcing here. Come exactly as you are.

What to bring:

  • Your bike
  • Weather-appropriate clothing
  • Water and snacks
  • An open heart (optional 💛)
