Let’s Walk It Out (Beach Reset)
Details
We will meet at the main pavilion which is the first parking lot on your right. If you went to the turnaround, you went too far.
We will walk along the beach and the path which is right along the water.
As always, during our walk, we’ll stop for an optional grounding moment. We can find a small rock, silently place a negative thought, worry, or heavy feeling into it, and then release it into the ocean. We can scream if needed!
This is a simple, symbolic way to acknowledge what you’re carrying and practice letting it go, even just a little.
This is not therapy, and there’s no fixing or forcing here. Come exactly as you are. Walking counts. Breathing counts. Being here counts.
What to bring:
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Water
- An open heart (optional 💛)
