Welcome to THE NETWORK!
A meetup group for business owners, professionals, and anyone who is interested in expanding their social networks and participate in community development. This is an initiative to friendships and businesses. We want to keep things REAL.

Our Objective:
To provide a welcoming and inclusive platform for local professionals to network, brainstorm, and support each other in their personal and professional development. However, we will always have community in mind, and we want all our members to make REAL, long-term connections.
How Things Will Work:
This is different from your average networking group. Here we will strive to create genuine relationships between people and businesses. We hope to create a referral network that members can rely on. We will also have structure to events and will require members to stay true to their commitments.
- We aim to host 2 casual networking and social events a month,
- Sometimes we may host big events.
- Almost every event requires you to pay a small signup fee. This is to ensure members keep their commitments when they RSVP, and it will also help with the group's maintenance costs.
- Members are be allowed promote their businesses, discuss opportunities, look for jobs and referrals.
- We accept sponsorship proposals and collaboration ideas. SPONSOR partners will have their businesses featured on group and event materials (i.e. group page, event displays, emails, etc.)

We focus on understanding ourselves, encouraging creativity, and creating successful businesses through strategic planning and by referral.
