🌍 INTERNATIONAL PARTY! Meet World Travelers and Locals 🌍 (EVERY FRIDAY)

PLEASE READ: This event is EVERY FRIDAY - Signup is from 9-9:15PM at the CHECK-IN POINT. The date of the event changes on meetup as it gets closer to the event start time because this is a recurring event, but this event happens every Friday at 9PM and is NEVER CANCELLED!

This is an SFHostelParty PopUp Event. BE SURE TO ARRIVE AND CHECK-IN AT THE MEETING POINT BEFORE 9:15PM. We meet 9PM on the NORTHEAST CORNER of Broadway St. & Kearny St. and then head to this week's POPUP location after everyone is checked in and assigned to a team. Look for the pink "MEETUP" sign OUTSIDE 498 Broadway St. At 9:15PM SHARP, we will leave for this week's PopUp venue. If you are late, we will have a sign posted as to how you can find the group.

Additionally, there will be several tour groups of solo international travelers joining us who have been dropped off at the event. These groups have not RSVPed on the meetup and the head count varies week-to-week, so expect join in with other people than those listed on the meetup RSVP list.

They will place you on a team based on your country and your team will rotate around the room & compete in games of skill against the other teams. ***The point of this event is to meet the others in the room while competing.

Come join us, have some drinks, and meet some new people. When you arrive, tell the girl you're with the meet up if you'd like to be teammates with others in the group. RSVP is required for planning purposes. Thanks!

We do a weekly tournament on Fridays - we mainly get about 50-60 backpackers who are staying at hostels around the city, along with locals who want to meet new people and share travel stories.

Sign up starts at 9PM. FREE to play! FREE entry BEFORE 10PM with a drink special purchase & RSVP! MAKE SURE YOU TELL THE CHECK-IN PERSON AND THE DOOR GUY THAT YOU ARE THERE FOR THE EVENT.

Drink Special: Get 5 drink coupons for $1.60 each at the check-in point. Use coupons all night to pay:
--> $2 for BAR SNACKS (ie: Tater Tots, Mini Corn Dogs)
--> $3 for MIMOSAS, WINES & BEERS
--> $3 for SHOT SPECIAL

Win Prizes! Games: Relays, Rock Paper Scissors, Spirit/Beer Pong, Flip Cup.

--> Everyone's placed on a team based on your country (to make it easy to meet people).
--> Teams compete at flip cup, relays, and beer pong.
--> Play -or- just watch, drink cheap beer and be social! Meet & compete against travelers, locals, au pairs and students!

You do not need to drink to play in the games - the point of the event is to meet international travelers & locals as you rotate around and the room and compete in games of skill.
