1. Right arm at 90 degrees swings back.
2. Feet step lightly and move fast.

That's great weather for running and for going afterwards for drinks. Beautiful sunny skies in the afternoon will make for great viewing of the lake and the park as we run.

Our group is a group of runners, of all running abilities, from beginners to regular runners, who work in mostly professional fields.

Great people to run and to socialize with.

Where We Meet:

We'll meet at the usual spot, right by the entrance to the park on Central Park West
at the corner of W. 85th Street.

Subway: The C train stops right there.
The 1 train stops on 86th & Broadway.

When:

Try to arrive around 4:45. Keep in mind that on weekends, the trains aren't always on time. We'll have about 30 minute to meet & greet, and we'll start running at about 5:15.

If You Arrive Late:

In case you arrive late, after 5:15, just walk right into the park at the West 86th Street entrance and walk straight ahead onto the path surrounding the reservoir.

I'll be wearing a black DGA (Director's Guild of America) baseball hat and I have blond hair.
