In this interactive session, we turn reflection into action by naming your Eras Tour–sized goal and crafting a mission statement inspired by the language of your current and next eras. Finally, you'll set two SMART goals (one for now, one for what’s next) to bring your vision to life

Swifties recognize a song's bridge as the tipping point where the energy finally breaks free and spills out. In this workshop, we'll bring that same idea to your current phase of life. No pressure, no perfection. All you need is curiosity and willingness to tell the truth, for whatever it’s worth.

Through a series of structured reflection activities and discussion, you’ll:

• Name the key themes and highlights of your current era
• Envision the tone and values of your next era
• Craft a mission statement that connects your present self with your future goals (your own personal “bridge" to scream ferociously anytime you want)

The first step to getting where you want to go is certainty in where you are now. In this session, we'll introduce our era themes - relational, creative, professional, and personal. Then, we'll guide participants through structured reflection and brainstorming activities to help us each identify and embrace our current eras.
