Psychedelic Professionals Meet: DENVER

Psychedelic Professionals Meetup Groups are in Boulder, Denver, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs! Let's keep Colorado on the leading edge of psychedelic medicine work by coming together in community to learn, share, and grow. Each Psychedelic Professionals Meetup Group starts with an informative topic relevant to research, practice, policy, or activism around psychedelic medicines, followed by open discussion and an opportunity to connect with like-minded others.

In May, join us with Soren Shade, TV producer and kratom entrepreneur to talk about is role on Hamilton's Pharmacopeia and his passion for the anti-prohibitionist cause. Soren visited and lived with a Matsés indigenous community in the Amazon rainforest with journalist/author Peter Gorman. He graduated from Columbia University with a double major in both Philosophy and American Studies. He began working for Hamilton Morris at the beginning of his senior year at Columbia as a research assistant and was a producer for the third season of Hamilton's Pharmacopeia. He co-Founded Top Tree Herbs, a mission driven kratom tea company, and is co-owner of The Hamilton Morris Podcast.

Suggested donation of $10, payable at the door. Door fee goes toward paying for the rented venue and supporting the non-profit work of The Nowak Society. If you have ideas for topics or presentations for these meetup groups or would like to be more involved, please contact us!
