The Oil Painters Collective Social Hour

The Oil Painters Collective Social Hour is a space for those of us who love the process of oil painting but often find ourselves working alone in our studios. This group is designed to be a low-pressure environment where we can bring our current projects, share what we are learning, and talk through the technical challenges that come with oils. Whether you are working on a landscape, portraiture, or an abstract piece, the goal is to create a community where we can learn from one another while getting some consistent painting time in.

We meet regularly to paint side-by-side, discuss our favorite mediums and techniques, and troubleshoot common hurdles like drying times or color mixing. There is no formal instruction, just a shared table and a mutual interest in the craft.
