Do you feel wired but tired? Content but yearning? Curious but afraid? These are signs of an imbalanced chakra system. And you have the power to fix it!
Chakras are primary sources of vitality that influence mental, physical, and spiritual health. When aligned and open, chakras inspire life-force energy to flow easily and without restraint. However, if they are imbalanced, you may feel anxious, depressed, disconnected, and more.
This multi-part series will introduce you to 7 primary chakras and explore their energetic associations, mental and physical expressions, and healing methods and applications. The class will focus on the root chakra, which is related to feelings of anxiety, fear, and insecurity, and physical issues like digestive problems, ankle/knee/leg conditions, and restless or insufficient sleep.
Various techniques may be used to heal the chakras, including:
Creative writing
Energy balancing
Gentle stretching
Group discussion
Guided meditation
Herbal remedies
Nutrition guidance
Prior attendance is not required for any class in this series. Bring an open heart, curious mind, and desire to heal and expand your inner awareness.
