Reflect, Release & Renew: A Guided Journaling & Tea Experience

The Open Mind Center, 1425 Market Blvd #500, Roswell, GA, US

    SIGN UP HERE

Join us for a heart-centered journaling experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create space for meaningful reflection.
Each workshop centers around a unique theme and begins with a guided meditation to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and encourage deeper self-awareness. From there, participants will work through journaling prompts, reflection exercises, and opportunities for creative self-expression.

Enjoy a cup of tea as we gather in a supportive and welcoming space to reflect on where we are, release what is no longer serving us, and renew our intentions moving forward. Together, we’ll explore the power of the written word as a tool for self-discovery, healing, and manifestation. Writing can help us gain clarity, set intentions, process emotions, and remember the power we hold when we consciously write our desires into existence.

Participants are welcome to bring their favorite journal, pen, and mug to personalize the experience. Extra pens and cups will also be available.

Whether you’re brand new to journaling or have kept journals for years, this experience is designed to help you cultivate clarity, creativity, self-trust, and connection, without the pressure of writing perfectly.

This event is offered on Tuesday, September 8th from 6:00-7:30pm (EST)

    Breathwork Journey

This Breathwork Journey is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through the power of conscious breathing.

Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful somatic practice that helps calm the nervous system, release stored stress and emotions, and create space for clarity, grounding, and inner connection. Using a guided breathing pattern, participants are supported in moving out of the mind and into the body — allowing the breath to gently unwind tension and bring the system back into balance.

Each class is trauma-aware, heart-centered, and guided with deep care. You’ll be in a safe, supportive environment where nothing is forced and everything is invited.

    What to expect:

    • A brief grounding and intention setting
    • Guided breathwork journey
    • Time for rest and integration
    • Optional sharing at the end (always your choice)

This practice is supportive for anyone feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally heavy, or simply longing for deeper presence and calm. No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to breathe and be with yourself.
Come as you are. Rest, release, and reconnect.

This event is offered on Wednesday, September 9th from 6:30-7:30pm (EST)

Does your energy or routines feel stuck in the same cycle? Habitual stress—whether from emotional patterns, physical tension, or daily life—can create stagnation and blockages in your energy, leaving you feeling drained, overwhelmed, scattered or stiff. If this sounds like you, then Qigong Flow may be a great way to break the cycle and rejuvenate your energy.

The “Qi” in Qigong Flow translates to energy, and the “Gong” means to master or work with. Qigong Flow is a practice of meditative movement where you connect directly with your personal energy and vitality through intention, breath, focused awareness, and movement. Qigong Flow invites you to cultivate presence, self-awareness, resilience and a vibrant wellbeing. It supports heart-centered physical and emotional balance.

In this class, we move through gentle, yet powerful and transformational repetitive flows designed to clear energy blockages, restore energetic coherence, and encourage deep relaxation. Then each class concludes with an integrating sound healing experience to ground and restore your system.

Qigong Flow is a wonderful class to reconnect and regenerate your energy. It’s a great practice to uplift your wellbeing and spirit.

  • Conscious Dance – Dancing Freedom

    Conscious Dance – Dancing Freedom

The Open Mind Center, 1425 Market Blvd #500, Roswell, GA, US

    SIGN UP HERE

Dancing Freedom is a conscious movement practice rooted in embodiment, expression, and connection. This is not choreography — it’s an invitation to move from the inside out and let your body lead.
The dance begins with a gentle warm-up and opening circle before moving through a guided, music-driven journey inspired by the elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether.

Through these elemental waves, participants are invited to explore grounding, flow, power, lightness, and spaciousness — releasing what no longer serves and awakening vitality, joy, and presence.
The experience concludes with a brief reflection, a paired witness dance, and a closing circle, allowing space for integration and connection.

    What to expect:

    • A welcoming, non-judgmental space
    • Guided elemental movement journey
    • Music, expression, and embodied release
    • Integration and reflection
    • Community connection

No dance experience is needed. This practice is for everybody — honoring your own pace, boundaries, and expression.
Move what needs to move. Reconnect with your body. Come home to yourself.
