A confidence-building session, where we look at the 5 Elements crucial for speaking success:
Breathing, Awareness, Content, Presence and Delivery.The evening is fun, friendly and productive, with group size limited to max 12 people, so it's big enough to feel worthwhile, without being too daunting.
