Spring Fling - 2025

Happy to announce this year's SPRING FLING and hope to do this again, among the Blossoms at the experimental farm.
As always, the goal is to work collaboratively; models and photographers, all part of this Ottawa Photography Meetup group to have a super networking event while creating great images for our mutual portfolios.
MODELS
The models are free to bring any outfits or styles they want to wear. The suggestion is any fashionable outdoor chic. Nothing to ornate. You'll want to be sitting a on the grass, brushing up along the tree blossoms. Also not too revealing - it's a popular family location. Some models are bringing kids, pets or partners, so photographers get a chance to practice their group shots too. (I'll have a change tent as there is no washroom close by)

Photographers
Along with your camera, do bring any lighting and reflectors you may want to use.
As a TF event, we are expecting photographers to share images generously and promptly.

We are committed to providing an environment in which everyone is treated with respect and dignity. Harassment will not be tolerated from any person and will result in immediate expulsion without refund. All Participants are encouraged to report any incidents to any of the event coordinators. No Participant will be penalized or disciplined for reporting an incident. All Participants are expected to adhere to this policy and will be held responsible for not following it.

WANT A MODEL RELEASE?
I think it is important that each model/photographer gets formal permission to use all the images they receive and ensure they images are properly credited to the social media tags of your choice.
To make sure you get credited for the images in the manner you wish please complete this Google registration form.
Only those who members of my Meetup group and who complete the form prior to the event, will get the releases and attendee details.
