Thank you Paula for hosting May!

The Language of Flowers is an emotional novel without being sentimental. The author uses the Victorian-era tradition of flower symbolism as both literal and emotional language for the protagonist who has just aged out of the foster system and is facing adulthood while very much still in survival mode.

Book discussion starts promptly at 6:30 but feel free to come as early as 6pm to eat with early attendees. Look for us at the big table to the left of the entrance. If that table is taken, check for us in the back.

Hope to see you there!
