So who is doing the thinking?
Most AI training teaches you how to get more from the tools.
This workshop asks a different question:
How do we get more from AI without giving away the thinking, judgment and human connection that matter?
On September 12 at Zoku Amsterdam , Dr. Aidan Lyon and I are bringing together a small group of people for a hands-on half-day exploration of how to use AI more mindfully.
This is not another prompting workshop .
We will explore questions like:
When should I use AI — and when should I deliberately not use it?
How do I know when a confident AI answer deserves scrutiny?
How can AI improve my thinking rather than replace it?
What happens to creativity and collaboration when more of our work becomes human + AI?
Who owns the decision when AI increasingly produces the work?
## What will we experiment with?
Clarify before you create
Let AI question your context and assumptions before generating an answer.
Review before you rely
Use AI to critique and challenge its own output.
Two humans + AI
Explore what changes when AI becomes part of a human conversation rather than replacing it.
Human Owning the Loop
Keep purpose, judgment, decisions and consequences human-owned.
And we will examine a strange new reality:
## Who is this for?
You might be:
A leader, manager or senior professional
Working in product, technology, innovation or transformation
In L&D, HR, coaching or organisational change
A consultant, founder, entrepreneur or freelancer
A creative, researcher, educator or simply someone using AI regularly
You do not need to be an AI expert.
If AI is becoming part of how you work, think, create or make decisions , you are welcome.
## Why “Mindful AI”?
For us, mindfulness means becoming more conscious of:
what AI is doing for us, what it may be doing to us, and when human judgment is still needed.
Used mindlessly, AI can become a substitute for thinking.
Used mindfully, it can become a tool for working better, deciding better and staying human.
