This live event is part of Pledge4Peace’s “End U.S. – Iran Conflict Through Peace & Diplomacy” campaign, and is designed as a civil, moderated dialogue where people with differing viewpoints can speak openly.
This is a structured conversation focused on understanding, accountability, and nonviolent diplomatic solutions.
During this session, participants will hear multiple perspectives on what is driving the geopolitical friction between the U.S. and Iran, how it impacts global security, and what viable de-escalation can look like at the international level.
Speakers are free to express their views as long as they remain respectful and nonviolent.

What This Event Is
This is a structured debate where differing viewpoints are explored respectfully. Pledge4Peace serves as a neutral convener and mediator, ensuring all perspectives are heard within a framework grounded in human dignity, nonviolence, and diplomatic principles.

Who Will Be Participating
This debate will feature different speakers, each representing a distinct perspective.
Each participant is free to hold and defend their position, as long as it remains nonviolent, respectful, and grounded in dialogue.

Debate Format
This event follows a designed format to prioritize clarity, fairness, and human dignity. This summit follows a multi-phase structure inspired by international peace conferences:

1. Opening Context: Moderator sets shared principles, rules, and objectives
2. Perspective Statements: Each participant presents their position without interruption
3. Guided Dialogue: Moderated questions addressing regional security, economic sanctions, nuclear non-proliferation, and humanitarian impacts. Equal time and structured responses are enforced.
4. Clarification & Reflection: Participants respond to key points raised by other speakers
5. Public Participation: Live audience voting on peace-centered solutions concluded by the speakers
6. Closing Pathways Forward: Summary of key insights

Why This Peace Summit Matters
Conflicts escalate where diplomatic channels break down and historical grievances go unaddressed. When the international community fails to manage disagreements peacefully, devastating regional instability, economic collapse, and immense human suffering follow.
This conversation is about more than just the United States and Iran. It is about how the global community can enforce de-escalation and survive geopolitical friction without losing its humanity.
