Join our trial acappella session to meet new people and sing! No instruments-just good vibes, harmonies, new people and the friendliest choir ever.

Who are we?
The Pop-Up Choir is an 80s/90s/00s Acappella choir that meets each Tuesday. We sign in a 4 part harmony as taught by our amazing Musical Director Emily. We're not singing professionals, rather professionals that love to sing and enjoy the community and social aspects of smaller, focused choir!

What to expect:

• Meet a whole new community and bond over singing!
• Sing Acapella (obviously!)
• From Beach Boys to Mika to Aerosmith: We sing songs from 80s/90s/00s that you know, love and want to sing!
• No Experience Necessary: We are a mixed choir, with lower and upper voices and a wide age range. So, whoever you are, whether you've been singing in for years or only in the shower, you'll find a welcome spot here.
• A Relaxed Vibe: If theres one thing we are, its friendly! Sing, experiment with your voice, and meet new people who love music!

"But I've never sung in a choir/ I'm not Beyonce/an amazing singer?"
No problem! You don't need to be a soloist to sing acapella. We sing in harmony and we arent professional singers.

Need to know:

• Unfortunately, we cannot welcome people under the age of 18 at this event.
• We have limited number of free tickets for this event and you must have a ticket to attend.
• Arrive at 7pm!
• Located in the Black Prince Community Trust in Kennington (Closest Tube is Kennington).

If you love it and want to sing with us for the season, great! We rehearse weekly and you'll be able to get more details on how to join after the session.
