About us
Welcome lovely people, this is a group for everyone who is interested and passionate about the power of our mind. In this group we share our knowledge, inspire us and learn from each other. This is a safe place for people to grow and to exchange ideas and thoughts.
We are all a product of our mind and thoughts. Our mind listens exactly to what we tell it each day. Hence, we better feed our mind with great and positive thoughts. Our mind responds to only 2 things. The pictures we make in our mind and the words we tell ourselves. Once we are aware of this incredible power, nothing is impossible. We can shine our light and be the best version of ourselves. We create our own reality.
We will have fortnightly zoom calls and a face to face catch up once a month.
Let's empower each other and make the world a better place. Let's connect with likeminded and wonderful people.

The Parent Wound - How your past shapes your Parenting
·OnlineOnlineRegister HERE: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/BBD0vPMCSWej3d56i6cQ1w
Hi lovely people,
We don’t parent from logic alone.
We parent from our nervous system, our lived experiences and the parts of us that were once children too.
If you’ve ever found yourself:
- Reacting more strongly than the situation seems to call for
- Feeling guilt or shame after snapping or shutting down
- Being triggered by your child’s behaviour in ways you don’t fully understand
- Trying so hard to “do better” yet feeling stuck in old patterns
This is not a failure, it’s often the parent wound showing up.
In this gentle and reflective webinar, we’ll explore how our own childhood experiences, unmet needs and emotional wounds can quietly influence how we respond to our children today.
### In this session, we’ll explore:
- What the parent wound actually is (and what it is not)
- How past experiences shape parenting reactions and emotional responses
- Why certain behaviours from our children feel deeply activating
- The link between unresolved wounds and over-reactivity, guilt or emotional withdrawal
- How awareness creates choice, without blame or shame
- Simple, compassionate ways to begin responding instead of reacting
This session is not about blaming parents or revisiting trauma in a heavy way.
It’s about understanding, self-compassion and creating emotional safety — for you and your child.
### This webinar is for:
- Parents who want to understand themselves more deeply
- Parents feeling emotionally reactive, overwhelmed or disconnected
- Parents navigating separation, stress or generational patterns
- Anyone wanting to break cycles and parent with more awareness and calm
Healing doesn’t start with fixing your child.
It starts with understanding yourself.
Looking forward seeing you there.

From Reactive to Responsive - Understanding the Parent Wound
·OnlineOnlineRegister HERE: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/qtb3Qc18R7GXcvKqtF2EfQ
Hi lovely people,
Parenting can bring up emotions we didn’t expect, sudden reactions, guilt after difficult moments or the feeling of being “triggered” by our own child.
Often, what’s activated in these moments isn’t about our child at all.
It’s our parent wound - the unmet needs, emotional patterns and survival responses we carry from our own childhood.
This webinar explores how the parent wound shows up in everyday parenting and how awareness creates the space to move from reactive to responsive.
In this session, we’ll explore:
- What the parent wound is and how it forms
- Why certain behaviours from our children feel so activating
- How past experiences shape our nervous system responses today
- The difference between reacting from survival and responding from regulation
- How emotional safety begins with the parent, not the child
- Gentle, practical ways to create more pause, choice and connection
This is not about blame, shame or “doing parenting perfectly”.
It’s about understanding what’s happening beneath the surface — with compassion for yourself.
This webinar is for:
- Parents who feel reactive, overwhelmed or emotionally triggered
- Parents wanting to break generational patterns
- Parents navigating separation, stress or big family transitions
- Anyone wanting to parent with more calm, awareness and connection
You don’t need to fix yourself.
You need understanding, safety and support and that’s where change begins.
